The damper of tortional fluctuations preventing fluctuations of a bent shaft is integrated in the cogged pulley of a bent shaft. A groove of an adjusting spline which is usually used for installation of a pulley on a bent shaft, no. To level a pulley of a bent shaft on cranked to a shaft, it is necessary to use adjusting openings on a forward cover of the engine and a pulley of a bent shaft. The anchor bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft has the inhaling moment in a plasticity zone, the inhaling is carried out in two steps. It provides stability of an axis of a bolt at an inhaling (fig. 2.14).
