ATTENTION Always establish laying of a pusher of the amplifier of brakes before testing measurements or adjustments.

Install special adaptation on the amplifier of brakes, as shown in the figure 6.24, and tighten the nominal force of an inhaling.

Inhaling moment: 9,8–16,0 N · m.

Using the vacuum manometer, create in the amplifier of brakes vacuum the value equal to 66,7 kPa (fig. 6.25).

Using a caliper, measure distance of L, as shown in the figure 6.26.

Standard length: 22,7 mm.

If the size L does not meet standard, as shown, remove special adaptation (49 E043 001) and special adaptation (49 B043 004) adjust pusher length. Use the special device (E043 003A) for prevention of rotation of a pusher (fig. 6.27).

Remove special devices, replace special adaptation (49 E043 001) and again measure distance of L.

Install the main cylinder on the amplifier of brakes (fig. 6.28).

ATTENTION If after installation of the main cylinder, air does not come out properly tubes of the brake system even after the procedure of its removal, perhaps incomplete disinhibition of wheels or other defect. Remove the main cylinder and repeatedly install it properly.
