8.2.15.2. The window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver

Design and principle of work.
The window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver is equipped with the socket and a gear wheel.
Two contactless switches on Hall's sensor are installed in the socket.
The contactless switch on Hall's sensor uses a set of magnets on the rotating axis for data acquisition about rotation of the electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver and removes a synchronized impulse to the main switch of a window regulator.
The contactless switch on Hall No. 1 sensor gives one impulse at each turn of an axis of the electric motor of a window regulator. Respectively, the main switch of a window regulator determines the angular speed of rotation of the electric motor.

The window regulator electric motor with the servo-driver: 1 – electric motor; 2 – socket; 3 – gear wheel; 4 – the contactless switch on Hall No. 1 sensor; 5 – the contactless switch on Hall No. 2 sensor; 6 – shaft; 7 – magnet; 8 – low; 9 – highly; 10 – an impulse (the contactless switch on Hall No. 1 sensor); 11 – an impulse (the contactless switch on Hall No. 2 sensor); 12 – one turn of the electric motor of a window regulator with the servo-driver; 13 – detection of distance of movement of glass; 14 – up; 15 – down; 16 – detection of the direction of movement of glass

The main switch determines the direction of rotation of the electric motor of a window regulator by a difference between the highest and lowest points of an impulse from each contactless switch on Hall No. 1 and 2 sensors.
