2.2.14.1. Dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders (beginning)

Fig. 2.120. Components of the first stage of dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders: 1 – fixing bolts of asterisks of cam-shafts; 2 – asterisks of cam-shafts; 3 – the operating oil valve (OCV) (L3); 4 – covers of cam-shafts; 5 – cam-shafts; 6 – valve pusher; 7 – bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders; 8 – head of the block of cylinders; 9 – laying of a head of the block of cylinders; 10 – block of cylinders

Weaken bolts of fastening of asterisks of cam-shafts (see fig. 2.120) (a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution), as shown in the figure 2.121.

Fig. 2.121. Weakening of bolts of fastening of asterisks of cam-shafts

Remove asterisks of camshafts. The executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution).
Remove the operating oil valve (OCV) (L3 with the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution).

Fig. 2.122. Sequence of weakening of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of cam-shafts

Uncover bearings of camshafts, having weakened fastening bolts in three steps in the order specified in the figure 2.122.

NOTE
Before removal of covers of bearings of a cam-shaft check an axial gap of the camshaft and gaps in cam-shaft bearings (see further). Covers of bearings of a cam-shaft are numbered for ensuring correctness of the subsequent assembly. After removal, you hold covers together with a head of the block of cylinders from which they were removed. Do not mix a cover.

Remove cam-shafts.
Snimte pushers of valves.

NOTE
Pushers of valves are numbered for ensuring correctness of the subsequent assembly. After removal you hold valve pushers together with a head of the block of cylinders from which they were removed. Do not mix pushers of valves.

Weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders for two or three receptions in the order specified in the figure 2.123.
