Apply the squeezing force to a spring and check height of a spring (fig. 2.150).

If height does not meet standard, replace a valvate spring.

The pressing force: 494,9 N.

Standard height: 27,80 mm.

Measure not perpendicularity of a valvate spring, using a corner, as shown in the figure 2.151

Rotating a valvate spring on 360 °, measure the greatest distance of "A".

If not perpendicularity does not meet standard, replace a valvate spring.

Maximum not perpendicularity of a valvate spring: 1% (2,10 mm).
